Hi! I am so honored that you are considering me as your photographer for your special event. Be it individual or family portraits, an event, an engagement, or a wedding, photography is a passion of mine that allows me to serve others. You'll often hear me laugh behind my Canon camera because I tend to find so much joy in my work.

Though I always maintain a sense of professionalism while working, I tend to tell my clients that photos are best captured naturally and candidly, in a more glamorous, photojournalistic style.

To achieve this goal, I strive to work with each of my clients to meet their needs and fuse our tastes. And I always love throwing fun ideas around with clients -- I delight in the details!

In the past, I have worked as a photographer in many capacities, including on my high school and college newspapers, as well as a professional non-profit newspaper in Washington D.C. Working as a photographer for these newspapers has taught me how to capture organic moments where you feel like you're your most natural self.

Throughout the past 5 years, I have invested time in shooting portraits, both family and individual, as well as engagement and wedding photographs. These experiences have cultivated my abilities to pose clients and hone my editing skills, and I have come to realize just how necessary photographs are -- they are memories frozen in time, available to enjoy year after year.

With these two sides of my professional experience, I have come into my own style that truly captures monumental moments beautifully, naturally, and elegantly. And now my work has been featured on various engagement and wedding blogs, including Engaged and Inspired and Le Magnifique! Each and every story is important to me, and I hope you'll allow me to document yours!

Meet my second photographer, Taylor.

Taylor is always my right-hand man, in photography and in life! He's my best friend and I couldn't ask for a better second photographer. We're a dynamic team who works together to make things go smoothly and perfectly, without a hitch!

We not only work well together, but he has a wonderful artistic eye of his own. And his charismatic personality makes anyone and everyone comfortable, which is a blessing when you need a calming force on your special day.

Taylor loves the energetic moments of every wedding we shoot together, and he can almost always be seen laughing with guests as he photographs each wedding.
